个人简介

方正锋,二级教授,博士生导师,澳门新葡萄新京威尼斯澳门新葡萄新京威尼斯院长,教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授,四川省学术与技术带头人,美国贝勒医学院儿童营养研究中心访问学者,兼任农业农村部农产品加工与营养健康重点实验室(部省共建)主任,四川省食品安全专家委员会科普宣传专委会主任,四川省食品科学技术学会青委会主任,Food Science of Animal Products副主编。

主要研究领域为猪肉安全与营养健康。主持国家自然科学基金、四川省杰出青年基金、法国安迪苏-澳门新葡萄新京威尼斯营养与健康研究中心科研基金等项目30余项;在Journal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryProgress in Lipid Research等期刊发表学术论文150余篇;授权国家发明专利17件;获国家科技进步二等奖、国家级教学成果二等奖、四川省科技进步一等奖等省部级以上奖励10余项。讲授《专业概论与新生研讨》、《现代营养学》等课程,负责国家级线上一流课程1门,参编出版教材专著7部,荣获霍英东青年教师奖、研究生就业先进导师、社会服务(扶贫)先进个人等荣誉称号。
